Hello, is there anybody out there?

I am a long standing ABSA customer, and decided to move my vehicle insurance to ABSA. BIGGGG mistake. The promise is up to 50% discount, based on your driving behavior. I moved to Absa in September 2024, and on the App they state that it takes a month to get the tracing history sorted out and thereafter I expectedone should be getting the promissed cash back

My driving rating since inception was all above 95%.

After a month, no rewards shown on the App.

I have tried via all the possible chanels to contact ABSA insurance. Send a query on the App Phoned the contact number. Variouse times holding on for up to 15 min. Sent a email to the contact given, while holding on.

Please ABSA, if you are not geared to do this, rather get out of it.

This is customer disservice at its worse
