<p>I contacted you (out of the public eye) 2 weeks ago.. the email ref# EC: 26643e14</p> <p>I presume that it got lost somewhere, which is the only reasonable conclusion as to why you wouldn't respond in such a long time and so I include the content here for your consideration:</p> <p>"Why did my insurance premium on my vehicle go up? As of 1 September<br />2015, I see that you have been taking R274.51 for my vehicle<br />insurance, but you also provide me LESS cover on it as time goes by<br />due to depreciation. Prior to that date my premium was R236.31.<br />I did not ever make a claim in my life.. so why the increase? By my<br />calculations, (and by COB tommorw) you would've taken an extra R573<br />from me for no apparently reason whatsoever(that's the difference in<br />premiums times 15 months).. all the while providing me LESS cover on<br />my vehicle.<br />Please explain your actions and tell me what you intend on doing to<br />correct it!"</p>
