Harrisng people in the early morni gs and evenings with spam

Absa bank is sending me at least 12 sms a day and emails harrasing me ongoing for 7 months now!! I blocked 12 of them but even 3 in the morning they keep ons sending me these messages, i own then nothing ,there sms sated i still have R232 in my account.
