Happy with idirect service
I called idirect to review my monthly premium and I was assited by Albert who was so much helpful. He was so professional and friendly at the same time. he explained and advised on everything I needed to know and re calculated my premium. I will now be paying less monthly premium for more cover and also for a less excess.
