Happy client-Absa Activate
I called absa activate today to ask them to reevaluate my car insurance and spoke to Celokuhle Cebisile Sithole. She was able to reduce both my monthly premium (premium reduced by R500+) and access fee (reduced by R4000.00). I didn’t even have to do a big presentation of why I need to to reevaluate, she just said okay when I asked her to reevaluate.. Truly happy with the service of Absa Activate insurance and happy that I still that my monthly cash rewards on my driving.
