Hailstorm repudiation of claim by Absa insurance company

Since I wrote a review regarding the damages incured in the beginning of March, and regarding the repudiation of my claim from Absa insurance company, after the hail storm of the 26th February, in the interim of seeking clarity, and not getting any responses, on April the 6th 2024, heavy rain started and lasted for the whole week, damages were aggravated which led to the garage ceiling collapsing, and it was so messy in the house, the bedroom next to the garage and the lounge area were flooded with rain water, I used every blanket, towels and rugs available in the house ,even those from the beds, to stop water from flowing to the kitchen and the other bedrooms, I filed for the 2nd claim, the assesser came the following week and since from the 11th April it has been quite, no response, what must I do then, what are insurances paid for? Ontop of this I'm a Pensioner, aged 67 female, staying with my granddaughter aged 13, non of us in in a state of making a plan to fix the damages, the worst part, the ceiling fell on my car. I am just saved by winter time from constant rain, I washed the blankets for 2 weeks which led me accute pain, and I ended in hospital, admitted for the whole week. My worry is now I'm discharged as an out patient, and I am still staying in that damaged house. I've been Absa client since in my thirties todate, but this is the treatment I'm getting
