Good day Elize,

It bring me so much Joy when I get such great help or support from ABSA staff.

I must commend one lady in specific as she is always willing and able to help from start to end.

She takes pride in what she does

She makes sure that the client is happy

She keeps communication throughout the customers ordeal

She makes everything clear, so we understand and always makes sure that there is anything else we need.

Mind you that this is not the first time she dealt with me I think it’s the second time as she is so professional at what she does.

I think she loves dealing with clients and makes them feel at ease

She takes pride in all she does.

She is an asset to ABSA Indirect

She makes you never want to leave ABA as she makes you feel like a customer when she does her passion let me not say JOB.
