Great service- I felt seen as a person not just a number
I received a call from Lungile Phefo regarding my Home owner's insurance policy.Lungile explained all the terms in a way that allowed me to fully understand the value I am receiving from the policy in terms of benefits but also at the end of the call, I felt seen as a person and not just a number on Absas list. Great service, friendly!
