Great service from consultant at Absa Insurance.

A huge thank to Mr Sibusiso Mafanya, Back Office Claims Consultant at Absa Insurance Company. I had an outstanding claim from Absa Insurance and no one communicated an action plan. After various emails, which Mr Sibusiso forwarded to the correct department, I still did not get any response. After a phone call to him, yesterday afternoon, he assisted me very kindly and quickly and apologized for the bad service from the other department. I had his email address from a previous claim and kept him in the loop with the outstanding claim since he was the only one answering me. Absa's system is very well at sending auto-response messages and that's where it stays, at an answer that no one is aware of. Thank you Sibusiso, you are still one of the few who are proud to give a professional service. I wish you well sir.
