Great service ever

On the 27th, I was involved in a car accident. The tow truck company contacted ABSA Insurance, but they claimed I wasn't in their database. I suspected it might be an ABSA Indirect policy, but they referred me to Active, who also had no record of me. Despite paying premiums for the past year, I've been left in limbo.
