Great Service

I would really like to just take a few moments out of my time to compliment two of your employees, namely Mbali Ngcobo in Retentions and Cassandra Jones in Servicing Department.

After have a day filled with stress on having to deal with a Chantal in servicing which had such a bad attitude and no one returning my call since 8:00am this morning. Your servicing advisor Cassandra went the extra mile in finding someone as efficient as Mbali as this was almost end of business today.

I really have to commend these ladies on their work ethic as I was already frustrated, but they quickly assisted me with my query regarding my insurance.

I really do appreciate everything they did as they truly know the importance of Client Service.

I wish that ABSA Idirect and other establishments could be so blessed to have employees like these Ladies.

Acknowledging of good service also tells businesses what their customers want.

Mrs Mbali's acts of good customer service positively affects our lives and should be acknowledged.
