Great experience with Amanda Tshangela. She did her best to ensure I receive the best service on my policy. She deserves a 5 star for her service the only reason I'm giving a 4 star is that I received a terrible service from other iDirect consultants. Amanda helped retain me as a customer because I was ready to switch.
