To say I am a happy customer right now, would be an understatement. Itumeleng from iDirect was so helpful. I had called in to inquire about my debited amount being slightly more than the new premiums (after the annual increase) they had communicated to me.

Itumeleng made sure that I get credited for the difference. He went over and above to further get me a deal that included more cover for a lower premium.
