Great service @ Absa idirect Insurance - Thabiso Letsoela
Listen here. I was assisted initially by the sales team for a quote HOWEVER when I spoke to retentions team( i think their in retentions) specfifically Thabiso Letsoela, the energy was different and the service was amazing. I can say it was through this person that I actually can fully say that the service at Absa insurance was great.
Keep it up please. Its hard enough on the consumer to find insurance.
