I would like to send a special complement Sibusiso for his outstanding service. I first experienced his professionalism years ago when I was stranded overseas with a complain and he resolved it within a day. More recently, months ago, I encountered another issue that remained unresolved despite multiple branch visits. When I escalated to Premium banking. I requested a team leader to handle my query, to my surprise, Sibusiso was the one haddking my query. As before, he was professional, humble and customer centric, resolving my issue swiftly and effectively. This is the level of service we deserve and value as customers, please keep up the great work.
