Great service
Having experienced very poor service, a lady from ABSA, Thessaloni Thomas, called me to try and resolve my claim and associated complaints. She was extremely professional, very calm and assisted with every query I had. She is an asset to CCC ABSA, and I wish her well. Thank you Thessaloni.
