Great retention service
I recently dealt with Mbalizethu Ngoobo a Retentions specialist at ABSA insurance company, I was dreading the call and gearing up for a fight and I was met with a professional soft spoken lady who listened to my needs and managed to retain My policy with her excellent negotiation skills. She is definitely an asset to the ABSA GROUP in a world where great customer service is not easily experienced.
