Great response time and service
My tyre bursted on a Sunday on a gravel road in the middle of nowhere. Not actually knowing what to do, I phoned iDirect, the lady asked for my location and I sent it to them, and they arranged for a towing service. I did not wait more than an hour before the truck arrived and he was very helpful. Thanks for helping me out on a Sunday and for the brilliant service.
