Great price, bad service

2 stars for cost. -3 stars because they are trash.

I sent an email on the 29th to Marutha Titus Ramaboea, it's still not had a reply today, it's the 5th.

I was told that my car is covered for extras and my paint protection, now they won't approve the paint protection because it's not covered?

The chap whose car I damaged in the sc**** has been struggling to get hold of Absa insurance, and I honestly struggled too.

Not only is the logging of the claim convoluted they 're making this 3rd party jump through hoops to get his car sorted out.

MY car SHOULD be covered to have the paint and panels fixed as well as the paint protection I told them I had when I joined. Now they just ignore me when I push for it, as if I'm not going to notice that one side of my car is fading easier than the rest of it.
