GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED
I had a very great service on a call made today from a consultant by the name of Cebisile Sithole who became my friend in a minute of her introduction and asking how she can assist me with today. to me it became easier to open up my financial situation to her and ask for my insurance premium to be reviewed, she had a great empathy and immediately helped to get a great reduce offer on my monthly premium effectively on the same call while being on the line.
