Great Customer Service
On the 19th June 2024, I called Absa I direct to review my car insurance, I was assisted by Mr Lwazi Sthole, but we couldn’t finish the process due to poor network. Today Lwazi called me early in the morning to finalize everything. I am very happy with the outcome and would like to thank Lwazi for the great customer service that he gave me, he was friendly, patient and explained everything very well. Keep up the good work!!
