Great customer service
I've recently had a great experience with idirect and to be honest in general we have been very satisfied with them. Our home was broken into in December and we then submitted a claim to ABSA. The idirect consultant Johnny Khalema assigned to our claim was very thorough and communicated often to keep us updated on the progress of the claim. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I'm definitely recommending Absa idirect to friends and family.
