Great Absa idirect policy review.
Besides waiting for a while on the phone to speak to a consultant, the wait was finally worth it when I spoke to Miss Mbali Ngcobo who, professionally and kindly assisted with reviewing my policy. She was easy to talk to and made it feel like I was simply conversating with a friend who truly cared. She answered all questions thoroughly and with great concern plus she saved me some bucks by reducing my premium! All smiles here! Thank you, Mashiy'amahle. You're the best, Miss Mbali Ngcobo😘
