I visited ABSA at Mall@Reds to fix an issue with my account, and I was assisted by two incredible individuals: Zama and Sbu. What started as a stressful visit turned into something unexpectedly comforting. I had a breakdown due to the stress I was under, and instead of just focusing on the transaction, they saw me — a person in need of kindness. They offered me a glass of water, comforted me with patience and understanding, and helped me through the process as if I was in a therapy session. At a time when my blood pressure was low and I felt overwhelmed, they stepped in not just as professionals, but as compassionate human beings. They truly went above and beyond, and I left the branch not only with my account fixed, but with a renewed sense of hope and gratitude. Thank you, Zama and Sbu — your kindness will never be forgotten. You both are a shining example of what customer care and human connection should look like.
