Just took up vehicle insurance with ABSA idirect, concerned after not seeing my monthly debit go through.

A Lucky Khosa at Collections with the most calming radio voice managed to calmly explain my affairs were in order, it was only that the debit goes through at the end of the month for which one is covered instead of the normal...
