Good service despite nlack of resources
I would liek to compliment Russell Edwards and Pravesh Bejay from the complaints department for your outstanding support over the last 2 months,although i have decided to change insurers due to the service or rather the lack thereof of ABSA Insurance. You have both done your absolute best with the resources you have which are also not much.
