Good service and commendation for idirect insurance
Unfortunately I had to cancel my insurance with idirect due to cheaper premiums elsewhere but wanted to say what a pleasure it was having my insurance placed at idirect for the last 10 years. I had a few claims that were always effortlessly paid; and I always had an easy time amending my policy, whenever I needed to. Thank you for the professional and quick service. Would definitely recommend to others and will look forward to getting a quote next year when I revise my policies.
