GO where you are valued cause it’s not at ABSA Activate

My absa activate app hasn’t been recording my rewards for the past 6 months. I first sent an email and it took them 3 months to respond to it, they fixed it and the next month it started doing the same thing. It’s been 6 months now emailing every week and no response. But they never miss a debit order!! Useless !!
