Gladys Seeri - Absa investigator gives really BAD service

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, I was involved in an accident and Gladys Seeri was the assigned investigator. That was the beginning of my worst nightmare, the lady was very intimidating, threatening and her assumptions were supposed to be taken as facts. At the end my vehicle was written off because of her total disregard of protocols and severe negligence. This lady is law unto herself, if she's still employed by Absa Insurance and then I fear the worst for their clientele, because ABSA Insurance will continue giving out bad service and eventually it will face it's own demise as an insurance entity. This lady should not be working for big establishment like Absa, unfortunately her service is spilling over to Absa Banking Services as they are seen as the same entity. She honestly ruined my relationship with Absa, I'm even contemplating moving all my other products to another institution. I've been with Absa for sometime and have several products with them and unfortunately this lady caused me a lot of heartache and I no longer see Absa as my solutions provider financially. I will cut all ties with Absa because of Gladys Seeri, unfortunately her as the representative of Absa I don't feel confident having them in my corner anymore.
