Get Absa insurance at your peril

I thought my review might prompt some sort of response from absa but I see they already have terrible reviews so obviously aren’t bothered by them. I think the only course of action now is to cancel all My policies with them and select a new insurer. Their service is abysmal and it’s impossible to get answers from them. I believe I’m driving my car without insurance since last year because the insurance was never activated. I’ve tried to cancel buildings insurance on a property sold last year but see I’m still being debited. The excess refund I was promised when someone rear ended my second car has never been paid to me and a claim payment from them for flood damage has been outstanding for more than a year. Their customer service people promise to sort out the problems then you never hear from them. they acknowledge receipt of your e mails but never come back to you again . My insurance costs me several thousand each month but need their service and they’re invisible.
