Frustrating Cancellation Process, But Finally Resolved

I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to cancel my insurance policy. No one ever picks up the phone when calling Absa Activate’s customer service number, making the process unnecessarily difficult. My issue finally started moving when I reached out to Absa on Twitter/X. The only reason this got resolved at all is thanks to Pravesh and Cebisile, who went above and beyond to help. This rating is for them—not for Absa Activate’s terrible phone support.
