Frustrated with the service

I honestly don't know what was I thinking moving to Absa activate honestly, i have never had a smooth process with them.. Everytime I have to fight for them to give me the service I need.. It's so frustrating. I have lodged a claim on the 10th, it's now the 22, 12 days later still nothing. Worse no communication, there's no progress at all with my claim, everytime I call om being told the same thing "we have escalated it"
