Frustrated with the homeowner insurance dept
We have experienced severe windy and weather conditions at our residence and as a result the roof of our garage and door were damaged. Tried calling absa insurance and followed the necessary prompts and have been frustratingly transferred several times. Redialled several times. The agents have not been helpful or accomodating us.
