Friendly and Professional Service
As usual, I again received very professional and friendly service from ABSA iDirect today. Special thank you to Alinah Gumede who assisted me today with a change on my policy, and following up on a query I had. I know these agents work under a lot of pressure, listen to customer complaints and issues all day long, but still manage to treat them with respect, remain friendly and professional.
