Friendly and efficient service
I have been struggling to get hold of Absa Insurance for a while now. Then I got through and was assisted by a lady, she said the system was down and she will call me back she never did. This morning I spoke with Sibusiso Lubisi. He helped with all my queries. Did everything I needed. He was friendly and efficient. I am so happy now.
