Fly by knight behavior and mediocre service!!!
So must i beg ya'll to Flippen cancel the stupid home contents policy !! I have asked for the policy to be canceled via email and hello peter 2 months ago it's still active and you keep debiting and running up my bank fees i want the unpaid fees i was charged refunded. You have until close of business today to Flippen cancel I'm saying again cancel i don't want any Flippen calls my instruction has been made clear from the start should this policy not be canceled by end of the business and the fees refunded I'm taking it to social media and the ombudsman I'm tired of this fly by knight behavior .please use this email address upon replying !!!! ***

02 Nov 2022, 10:17No call received again you proceed and attempted to debit my ****en account now im in a minus 680 pls note you are going to refund all those bank charges as since the date i requested the cancellation its funny how it's now said that cancellations are done via telephone .Why was this not mentioned during the sales process huh .You are a dishonest misleading company with no respect for the fais act not are you treating your customers fairly sies
