Fantastic service from Makuna Segope
I received such fantastic and professional service from Makuna Segope in Client Services.
She made me feel like a valued client and assisted me with everything I required this after dealing with such unprofessional consultants last week at Absa iDirect. Absa iDirect is not known for the most professional service but her conduct was really up there.
Thank you so much Makuna! You have somewhat restored my faith in iDirect.
