Fantastic assistance with Home Insurance Policy issue
I had an urgent query about my home insurance policy and without being able to get any assistance from the ABSA HOC, I took a stab at phoning ABSA HomeLoans and ask them for assistance. I was transferred to Thabo Mokoena and within 10 minutes he was able to resolve all my issues with the most friendly and effective service possible over a phone. @Thabo, you are a star and an immense example for all ABSA employees.
