False car insurance discount

I recently had a disappointing experience with Absa Insurance. A weeks ago (17 September 2025), I was offered a good deal on my car insurance with a promised 35% discount. However, when I received the documents, the premium amount was the full price without the discount, I was told to expect that as it’s part of the process but the documentation with the discount were to be also sent right after. I called on Friday (19 September 2025) I was told the was a email sent to apply the discount it should be sorted Monday or Tuesday. I called today (25 September 2025), it was still not amended, the issue remains unresolved, and I'm struggling to get assistance.

I asked the agent who was assisting me to rather cancel the policy since the premium basically doesn’t make sense compared to the one I currently have and seemingly they are struggling to fulfill their promises. I was sent to the “department account” which I never eventually got any one pick the call from after many calls
