False Advertising ABSA,
Absa send an email to say if they can't beat your current insurance quote they will give you R1000. Right. WRONG I got the quote, and they were over R200 more expensive Email then, but no response Left a comment on FB and they finally rep**** The lady made contact and ask for the current insurer premium and documentation which I gave her after back and forth email there quote come down with R20 under current insurer but with an excess of R 5000
I told her ABSA did not beat the my current insurer as I currently excess is R0 She goes on about apple being compared with apple and all there products have excess. I told her that's great but you are not comparing apples with apples ,ABSA has R5k excess vs R0 Sent her one last email saying so I guess you will not be paying the R1000 and did not here from her again
STOP Lying with you false statement, You either pay or not
All you did was waste my time, At least OUTsurance paid the R500 last year when the said they could beat it but did not

ABSA cant offer no excess so they had my insurance give a quote with the min excess of R5000, Then they will discount there quote enough to beat it but you must accept it and join them to get the R1000, This is how they compare apple with apples. So in theory the are cheaper but in REALLITY I am worse of because i must now accept a R5k excess to save like a R100 monthly premium, I will rather pay the R100 extra,
If i know this then I would never have waisted my precious time. I thinks you add is misleading and doggy.
Feel like cancelling my building insurance with then if this is how you operate,
