FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

I have been with them since 2 Feb 2024. I reported the app not working, shows no records of any trip or are inconsistent. I have not received any rewards since I started its been 6 months next payout date keeps moving to a different month. I tried calling and no one picks up at all. I have not received any response with my numerous calls as well as emails via the app, to get this fixed. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and same thing. Please dont bother taking insurance with them, they practice false advertising and their service sucks.
