**** write off to rip me off my car

My car, which I bought as a second hand, code 2 and got it financed and insured by ABSA got involved in an accident few months ago. ABSA insurance claimed it was a write off and they paid most of the money owed, leaving me with R12400 to settle since they said I did not have a shortfall cover. The same car claimed to be written off, is with the dealer (I saw it this Monday, the 11th) in my area. It was going for sale as a code 2 still, ABSA is one of the bank listed as available to offer finance and it can still be insured.

Obviously this was a **** write off by ABSA indirect. I was basically ripped of. I requested them to sell the car back to me as broken as it was and they said they can't, knowing what they had planned.

If I ever do business with ABSA, it would be because I'm crazy maybe
