FAILURE TO RESPOND ON TIME

I have a problem with absa Insurance that does not respond to enquiries . I called and send emails requesting a response and nothing happens. I asked absa insurance to send me claims history on the 6th June . An email from them said the consultant will respond within 2 days. After 2 days have passed I send another e mail. The response was same, it said the consultant will respond within 2 days. Everytime you send an email the SLC keeps on moving but I will not receive the claims history for the house insurance. I am frustrated by their service which for me is not good for the policy that is up to date. My I.D.number ***
