Failure to provide the Do Not Tow Stickers for the insured vehicle after 5 months.

I bought a car for my daughter in March 2024, I insured it with Absa Insurance, I have been asking for the ‘Do Not Tow’ stickers for the vehicle. I am being sent from pillar to post. I write emails that are not responded to. Who is going to be responsible for the car being towed by unauthorised drivers on the street should my daughter be unconscious after an accident. Absa Insurance, you have been very disappointing to me, you are happy to deduct premium every month but to provide all the insurance tools required.
