FAILURE TO PAY CLAIMS: Funeral cover and Life Cover

My late husband had taken out Life Cover and Funeral Insurance with ABSA, but they have yet to pay out, despite more than a year passing since his death in April 2023.

He intended for the life insurance to support us, but it seems ABSA is more focused on corporate gain, collecting premiums with no intention of honoring claims.

As a single mother with financial dependents, I am working tirelessly to cover everyday expenses for my children and myself, all while navigating the immense void left by the loss of my husband.
