Failing on Insurance,maybe good at banking
If I knew that taking an insurance with absa would be such a nightmare I wouldn't even dare.
This company will frustrate you to the end.
No responce to emails or calls , lodge a claim 3 weeks ago ,but no feedback whatsoever. When you get lucky and go through their lines they don't have answers for you, they will take you from pillar to post.
To all my friends and family ,never dare take any insurance with this company you will cry believe me.
I am enough.
