Extremely Unprofessional Communication Regarding Policy Cancellation

Im extreme dissatisfaction and concern with the recent communication I received regarding the cancellation of my policy from Absa Activate. According to the message, my policy is being canceled; however, I have not requested any such action. This communication is not only incorrect but also highly unprofessional.

The fact that this communication was sent out without proper verification is deeply troubling and raises concerns about the accuracy and reliability of their processes.

In addition to this issue, I have spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get clarification, but no one has answered my call. The lack of response and customer support is completely unacceptable.
