Extremely poor service from Absa Structural Insurance and Duratherm

In April my geyser was replaced with a new geyser and in July the geyser stopped heating the water again. A claim was logged again, a plumber was dispatched to check the geyser and we were told that it was an electrical fault. Then an electrician was dispatched who confirmed it was the element issue. Claim was then sent to Duratherm and after a week the claim was approved to replace the element and thermostat. New plumber was dispatched to fit the element and thermostat. After this the geyser still wasnt working. We contact Absa to find out what was the next steps and we were told that it was an Electrical problem for our own cost. On the 28 August we contacted our own electrician to check the fault and it was determined that the geyser is still tripping the breaker on the DB. We are very annoyed and frustrated that after 4 weeks of back and forth this issue is still not resolved.
