Extreme Poor service from Absa

Our copper pipes and tap are ****** Thursday morning about 03:00. The claim was registered on Thursday about 9:00. A plumber and assistant was sent out during the afternoon. We follow up with Absa yesterday morning and in the afternoon without any success. A lady frim Absa said she will phone back, she did not phone back on the phone I was calling from but to my phone which was not available. I wanted to give her the number, but she said she will call back on the calle ID. Then we phoned back and she was not available. I phone the number sha left on voice mail. They could not help me and said phone first thing in the morning at 7:00. I ohoned this morning and Tshego told me she can not assist. Her job is to assist and she must not help people who copper pupes arr ****** and Absa do not worry about copper pipes that is ****** and tell the people they must phone on Monday because claims are closed. I am unhappy with Absa. We are without water since Thursday morning and we cannot flush the toilet. We are really unhappy with Absa service
