I received an exceptional and excellent service from @Vicki Sambo at Absa iDirect regarding my insurance premium review. The lady was very friendly, extremely helpful, she was patient and cared enough to go over everything with me regarding my policy even when the network connection was bad during our conversation she kept her cool and showed professionalism. 10/10
